The following terms and Conditions apply to the use of trendytreausresboutique.com website as well as all transactions conducted through this site.

Privacy Policy:
Any information gathered during your purchase from trendytreasuresboutique.com, will not be released to any third party under any circumstances. We value our customers and always respect your privacy. All personal information collected is used to fulfill/advise you of your order. 

Payment Options:
trendytreasuresboutique.com will accept all payments through paypal. The following credit cards will be accepted Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.   

Sales Tax:
All items shipped to the residents of NYS shall pay sales tax as required. 

Shipping:
trendytreasuresboutique.com utilizes USPS as our shipper. 

If your order is custom made, shipping times will vary and can vary from two-seven weeks depending on the Manufacturer. Estimated shipping times will be listed on information page of each item.

Rush Deliveries:
For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite your delivery to most destinations. This does not include the time needed to custom make your order.

Returns and Exchanges:
trendytreasuresboutique.com does not allow returns, exchanges or refunds on custom made products. These items have been made exclusively for you with your specifications. Please check the spelling, fonts and colors before placing your order. 

Cancellations:
trendytreasuresboutique.com cannot guarantee order cancellations. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, the item is being custom made for you. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know by the end of the business day that the order was placed. We will do out best to accommodate your request.

Non-Custom Items:
Items that are not custom made usually ship within one week from placing the order.  We will accept returns on these items within fourteen business days from when the item was shipped. All items must be unused and in it’s original condition with tags for a full refund.  Shipping fees are non refundable.  Reshipping fees will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part, Please call us at 646-337-4079 or email us at info@trendytreausresboutique.com  to coordinate your return. Refunds can only be put back to the card that was used for the purchase. If the item was a gift, a store credit will be issued. No exceptions will apply.

Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss for all items purchased via our website passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
